Mark Flatt joined Path Robotics in 2022 after spending time as a Welding Engineer at Honda of America. His strong hands-on background, paired with a Welding Engineering degree from Ohio State, gave him a foundation that's followed him through every role at Path — from applications engineering and fleet operations to building the Solutions Engineering team in 2025. Naturally, he brings a perspective on robotic welding that comes from the floor, not a slide deck.
